You tell us what you need once. Our agents do the sourcing legwork (finding suppliers, sending the request, chasing replies, lining up the quotes) and aim to bring back 3 quotes you can compare. You make the call.

   Tell us what you need

   Fill in one short form: who you are, what you make, what you buy regularly, and the specific item you need now, with quantity, spec, timing, and delivery location. No password needed. If something in the spec is unclear, we'll email you a question.

   We build a shortlist

   Our agents build a shortlist of suppliers likely to carry what you need, starting from our supplier database and topping it up with web research.

   Agents email the suppliers

   Each supplier on the shortlist gets your request by email from a PostRequest address, with one polite follow-up if they don't reply. The request describes your need, not your identity. Your name and company stay private.

   You get a side-by-side comparison

   We read the replies and pull out price, minimum order, lead time, and terms, then send you one side-by-side comparison. During early access, a person on our team reviews every comparison before it reaches you.

5. 5

   You choose

   Pick the supplier, or suppliers, you want to talk to. We introduce you to each other, and only then do they get your contact details.
